World No Tobacco Day was created by the member states of the World Health Organisation in 1987 to encourage a 24-hour abstinence from all forms of tobacco consumption. It also aims to draw everyone’s attention to the widespread prevalence of tobacco use and to its negative health effects.

You can now support our charity by making a monthly donation via Virgin Money Giving website. Our work would be impossible without the contributions of our many donors, so whatever you can give really will make a difference.

Our Ambassador, Dr Philip Lewis, has created an awareness-raising leaflet for general medical practitioners which will be distributed to local GPs in order to educate them about the early symptoms of the disease.  If you would like more information about the leaflet or want to request a copy, contact us for more information.

The Mouth Cancer 10km Awareness Walk is designed to increase awareness and through fundraising allows the charity to provide support for mouth cancer patients and carers. The walk is a fun day out for all the family, so book early to secure your place. For more information and to register, please visit
