World Oral Health Day is celebrated every year on the 20th March. It is an international day to celebrate the benefits of a healthy mouth and to promote worldwide awareness of the issues around oral health and the importance of oral hygiene to looking after everyone old and young.

We’re using this as a chance to encourage you to Bite Back at Mouth Cancer and carry out a simple check of your mouth for anything unusual.    Bite Back at Mouth Cancer is ideally done once a month, at your convenience.   By routinely following the eight step process you can easily learn to make sure your face, neck, lips, gums, cheeks, tongue, floor and roof of mouth are in optimal health.
