You may remember reading our story on Birmingham Mum Debbie Caquias last year. The Mum-of-two was left unable to eat or talk by mouth cancer but was determined to raise awareness to help others.
Diagnosed with cancer of the tongue in 2007, extensive surgery, and radiation left Debbie severely disfigured and she sadly lost her battle and died on January 9, 2020. Read about Debbie’s legacy in the Birmingham Mail.
