Green vegetables could cut mouth cancer risk
Fruit and vegetables offer many health benefits.
And now, a review study presented in the Annals of Oncology revealed that eating green vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower or Brussels sprouts at least once a week could cut the risk of developing mouth cancer by almost a fifth.
An unhealthy diet is one of the causes of mouth cancer. You can reduce your chances of getting this cancer by having a healthier low meat, low fat diet which is rich in vegetables and fruit with servings of bread, cereals or beans every day.
