Every two years the Mouth Cancer Foundation holds the Support Group Awards to recognise the work and achievements of the leading head and neck cancer organisations around the Country which operate above and beyond in terms of assisting patients and carers. Applications for the Support Group Awards in 2015 will be available from September 2014 by emailing info@mouthcancerfoundation.org.

Mouth Cancer 10km Awareness Walk raises much needed funds and awareness to combat all head and neck cancers and people travel from all over the country to take part. More information about the walk can be found atwww.mouthcancerwalk.org

Everyone can get involved in mouth cancer awareness week. Many people hold fundraising and awareness raising events. Dental and Medical practices and practitioners across the country invest a great deal of effort during Mouth Cancer Awareness week highlighting signs and symptoms to look out for and giving information and advice on what to do if you or someone you know has any form of head and neck cancer.
